Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Chiba Chaba. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, please review the return conditions outlined below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and any accessories provided with the product.

Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions and the return address or return procedure applicable to the specific item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs to help us assess the situation.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition;
- the item is missing its original packaging, tags, or included accessories;
- the item is a hygiene product, such as socks or underwear, and the packaging has been opened;
- the item has been personalized or made to a customer's specifications;
- the return request is submitted after the 30-day return period has expired.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider or bank.
Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, size, or color, you must first return the originally ordered item in accordance with this return policy and place a new order through our online store.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us by email at info@chibachaba.com as soon as possible after receiving the item.
To help us review the situation more quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any consumer rights granted under the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
Consumers within the European Union have the right to submit claims regarding non-conforming goods in accordance with applicable legislation.
